What if I receive the item and I don't like it?
Change your mind? No problem! We will accept a return within 30 days of you receiving it. We only ask that the customer covers the return shipping. We do request that the product is returned in 30 days & in the same condition it was sent. Our warehouse team will inspect the item prior to refund. For specifics, please refer to our Refund Policy.
What if my item is damaged?
We will take care of it! Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos hello@primesportsempire.co and we will ensure a replacement is sent out and instructions are given regarding the damaged item.
What if I find a better price online?
If you find a better price online for the same item we will beat it! Simply reach out to us and we will ensure you're satisfied with the price you're given!
Can I use a discount code in a sale?
